1. Please start recording a video of your package before you open it upon receipt. If the received package shows signs of crushing, deformation, or damage, please record a video for opening the package and take pictures of the courier waybill and the outer box of the package. If your item is unfortunately damaged, you can contact customer service promptly for after-sales support. Please be sure to remember that after-sales service is only available with an open-package video.
2. Inspect the item immediately upon receipt. If there are any quality issues, please report them to customer service within 7 days. Damaged packaging that does not affect the product inside or its use is not covered by after-sales service. After-sales service will not be available after 7 days. Minor scratches or bumps are unavoidable during the production process and are not considered defects, which are not covered by after-sales service.
3. Video is the only valid proof for requesting a replacement. Without a video, a replacement cannot be made. If this is a concern, please consider carefully before placing an order.
4. For a refund without reason within 7 days, please return the item with the original packaging and seals intact to make sure the item is resaleable. Shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
5. Extra gifts are not covered by after-sales service and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If the main item is to be refunded or exchanged, the gift must also be returned intact, otherwise, after-sales service cannot be provided. Please be fully aware of this.
